SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Dispatch

Slow down in a fast world... that also applies to shipping. No, with us it is not ordered before 23:59 and delivered the next day. We also try to do this as sustainably as possible. We only call a carrier when we have a full pallet. In practice, this means that you will receive your package within 2 to 5 working days. Of course with track & trace code.

The wheat pillow comes in a beautiful neutral unboxing box that you can already enjoy.

Returns

It's never fun when you want to return something. That is why we do not encourage this. Not good for the environment and inconvenient for you. If you still want to return something, send us an email at support@langsam.eu and we will solve it for you.

 

If a (manufacturing) error has been made, we will of course bear the return costs and we will ensure that you receive a new copy as soon as possible.

Right of withdrawal

​

1) A consumer can cancel an online purchase during a cooling-off period of 14 days without giving any reason, provided that:

  • The product has not been used.

  • The consumer has not waived his right of withdrawal.
     

2) The cooling-off period of 14 days as referred to in paragraph 1 starts on the day after the consumer has received the last product or part of 1 order.

3) The consumer can make his appeal to the right of withdrawal known via support@langsam.eu.

4) The consumer is obliged to return the product to Langsam B.V. within 14 days after communicating his right of withdrawal. Failing which, his right of withdrawal will lapse.

Reimbursement of return costs

​

If the consumer invokes his right of withdrawal and returns the entire order in a timely manner, the costs for returning the entire order will be borne by the consumer. Return costs in the event of a manufacturing error will be reimbursed. You will then receive a new copy from us.
